Course description

This course is separated into two parts, each consisting of 10 week sessions. Must be taken in sequence.

(Intermediate)

Modern Greek Language and Art is a course for learners whose Greek is a native or second language. The four language skills – reading, writing, listening, and speaking – are expanded to a more advanced level through Art texts and virtual experiences. Learners review and refine important grammatical structures while learning new vocabulary on a variety of topics. Greek culture is introduced with every opportunity. Learners will use various media, virtual learning resources and tools and technology applications. Themes such as art, history, civilization, technology, media, are discussed. Learning activities are completed based on the above-mentioned themes.

  • Part 1: October 14, 2024 - December 20, 2024 

  • Part 2: February 3, 2025 - April 11, 2025

Minimum Enrollment: 5 Students

If enrollment in a course fails to reach the minimum number of participants required for the class to run, the class will be cancelled and tuition will be reimbursed.
