Mathioudaki, Konstantina, OLP Aide

Konstantina Mathioudaki is a PhD candidate at the University of Ioannina specializing in inclusive education and language pedagogy. Holding a Master’s in Special Education from the Hellenic Open University, she has developed expertise in designing evidence-based student-centered approaches that address diverse educational needs.

In addition, she holds a Master’s in Applied Linguistics with distinction which has deepened her understanding of language acquisition, critical literacy, and effective communication strategies. Her academic qualifications are complemented by certifications in TESOL, CELTA, and DELTA underscoring her commitment to professional excellence in language instruction. 

With over 15 years of teaching experience, she has worked with learners of all ages and backgrounds, combining academic rigor with practical expertise. As an adjunct lecturer she mentors students while contributing to the advancement of exclusive and adaptive teaching methodologies. As an ESL teacher she guided young learners in international schools in Dublin, approaching teaching with a blend of academic rigor and personal warmth.

Her research focuses on the intersection of language education, technology, and inclusive pedagogy, aiming to develop frameworks that empower learners and promote equitable access to education. She is passionate about advancing educational practices that transform not only individual lives but also the broader community they serve.

Ms. Mathioudaki’s educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that every learner is unique and deserving of opportunities tailored to their strengths and needs. She views education as a collaborative journey of growth, where curiosity is nurtured, diversity is celebrated, and the transformative power of knowledge is realized.

This is her first year joining ACS Athens where she will be working as the OLP Aide.
