The ACS Athens Swimathon is a 24-hour swimming marathon dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities. Whether you're swimming for fun, for a challenge, or to support the cause—every lap counts!
But remember, you don't have to swim to make a difference! There are many ways to get involved, from donating and volunteering to joining exciting side activities.
This inspiring event brings together students, staff, parents, and community members to promote awareness, connectedness, and resilience while making a real difference.

- €10 for one day
- €15 for two days
Event Highlights
Swimathon
Relay-Style Swimathon – Participants will swim in 10 min shifts to keep the event going strong!
- Start: May 9 at 9:00 AM
- Pause: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rest break for participants & volunteers)
- End: May 10 at 4:00 PM
How You Can Participate
Join as an individual or team and swim for the cause! Participation in the Swimathon grants you access to all other events!
Important Information for Swimmers
- Participation Fee: €10 (includes entrance to all activities)
- What to Bring: Swimsuit, towel, flip flops, enthusiasm!
- Who Can Join? Open to students, faculty, parents, alumni, and community members.
Not Swimming? No Problem!
Even if you're not diving in, your support matters! Whether it's through donations, cheering on swimmers, participating in activities, or volunteering, everyone can play a role in making this event a success.
