In anticipation of Spring Break and Easter, ACS Athens organized a donation drive to benefit the Halandri Community Grocery Store and Soup Kitchen.

Throughout the past two weeks, a variety of essential items—including non-perishable food, clothing, household supplies, school materials, and hygiene products—were collected from the school community.

This initiative continues a tradition of community support, building on the successful December drive held during the PTO Holiday Bazaar.

The Municipality of Halandri picked up the donated goods on campus this morning. A group of student representatives from the 10th Grade Student Council, Kyriakos Kyriakou, Sofia Chatziioannou, Danai Markouli, and Lea Meitani, helped load the truck at the school’s main gate with ACS Athens faculty Ms. Kolimpiri.

The ongoing partnership with local organizations reinforces ACS Athens’ commitment to civic responsibility and meaningful community outreach.
