The Gala Project Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Office of Development and President's Office in planning and executing the upcoming 80 year Gala on February 14th 2025. The Gala Project Assistant will report to the Office of Development to work collaboratively with all teams to ensure the Gala's success as a key fundraising event. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering a high quality experience for all attendees and donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily updates on ticket sales; purchased on Global and direct deposits from the Institute account;
- Handle phone and email inquiries related to the Gala event;
- Attend all Gala online and face to face meetings;
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes;
- Assist in coordinating event logistics;
- Help manage guest lists, invitations and RSVPs and seating arrangements & menu preference (allergies);

Basic Function and Scope:
The Cashier/Accountant is integral to the financial operations of the school, handling all income including tuition and donations, managing daily financial transactions and records, and preparing necessary reports for regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Transactions and Record Keeping
